How To Prepare Pork Rind Breaded Pork Chops

To begin, get a bag of pork rinds and crush them. I use a food processor to crush my pork rinds but you can also use a meat tenderizer. I’ve tried both methods and I can say they both do the job very well.

Once the pork rinds have been crushed, combine it with some garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese. You’ll need a few beaten eggs to dip the keto oven pork chops in so keep your eggs ready. This is necessary because it will enable the pork rind breading stick to the pork chops while they are baking.

To bake the keto baked pork chops, start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. For the next step, you will need a baking sheet. Spray the baking sheet you are going to use with non-stick spray.

Position the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet and put them into the hot oven.

The Art Of Baking This Breaded Pork Chops

How long to bake breaded pork chops? The time it takes to bake keto baked pork chops varies, how long it takes will depend on how thick your pork chops are.

For baked breaded boneless pork chops that are about 3/4- 1 inch thick, the baking time is 15-20 minutes.

It is preferable to use thick pork chops when preparing keto fried pork chops instead of thin pork chops because thin pork could dry out real quick.

You can cook the pork entirely or you can remove it from the oven while it still has a bit of pink in the center.

Tools Needed For Making Breaded Baked Pork Chops

Food Processor: Using a food processor to crush the pork rinds is easier and quicker. I heard some people use their hands but that feels a bit tedious if you ask me. You can opt-in for a meat tenderizer is you don’t want to use a food processor.

Baking Sheet: A large rimmed baking sheet is a necessary tool for preparing keto oven pork chops.

How To Serve Keto Baked Pork Chops

I serve mine with mashed cauliflower and keto coleslaw. My sister loves it served with a side salad with ranch. Brocolli with cheese also goes really well with keto baked pork chops.
