To make history from the no carb breakfast casserole, you need to note these 5 vital ingredients: they are eggs, dairy, meat, veggies, and cheese.

Eggs: Eggs stole the show! They are the perfect ingredients to use for this keto breakfast casserole because it is high in both fat and protein and low in carbs.

Cream: heavy whipping cream adds extra beauty to the meal. On the other hand, if the gluten free breakfast casserole needs to fit paleo standards then it will be wiser to use coconut cream instead.

Meat: There is the option of sausage and bacon. Anyone of them works out perfectly. There is really no restriction when trying to make the keto breakfast casserole but these two will make it stand out and make you achieve the perfect breakfast. Precook the meat and add it to the low carb breakfast casserole.

Veggies: I would not by force this on you because the meal can actually go without it but veggies actually have a way of making the breakfast healthier. You can cook, fry, steam, pan or roast depending on how you feel best it should be done. I recommend Broccoli and cauliflower.

Cheese: Egg casserole without bread will be a whole lot tastier with cheese, but it’s all up to you to pick what you’d like.

Is The Keto Breakfast Casserole Freezer Friendly?

Yes, it is. After preparing it, just seal it up and place it in your freezer, it will stay fresh up to 3 months. But you need to make sure the eggs are fully cooked, if not, you’ll regret it.

Immediately after baking, it is not advisable to place it in the fridge immediately, allow it to cool to room temperature before placing it in the freezer.

You can also free this breakfast casserole before or after bake.

Freezing Before Baking

To make this possible, just follow the instructions on the recipe card except for the last step. Cover the food with a wrap then put it in the freezer. Allow it to thaw through the night. When it is due for baking, allow it for about half an hour to get to room temperature before following the menu.

Freeze After Baking

Whenever there are leftovers, this is almost the only option left apart from trashing the keto breakfast casserole. For freezing, you can take them as individual meals or you can take them as whole meals. Firstly, follow the instructions in the recipe to bake the breakfast casserole, then ensure the eggs are fully cooked. Simply place it on a cooling rack and let it cool to room temperature. Cover it with a foil and place it in the freezer.

Final Words

Dieting is not as difficult as people presume it to be even though you may feel cheated but it is one of the best ways to monitor your intake of food substances and call the shots on what you want to actually look like.

Buying meals from restaurants will determine a whole lot for you. If you know you may not be able to follow through, then you can quit. But I must assure you keto breakfast casserole is worth the stress.
