How To Prepare Keto Salmon Patties

To prepare this keto canned salmon recipe, we’re making use of canned salmon because it’s a lot faster to use. Once all your ingredients are prepared, it’s time to start mixing. Get a big or small mixing bowl, depending on the quantity of ingredients you’re using.

Add your salmon to the mixing bowl alongside some egg, almond flour, dill, green onions, parsley, pepper, and salt. Since we are preparing a no carb salmon patties we are using almond flour and not breadcrumbs. We are not including mayonnaise either.

Once everything is poured into the bowl, mix properly so that all ingredients blend together. Personally, I use my hand to mix. To portion the salmon patties, I use medium size cookie scoops (you can use any size of cooking scoop you want) or you can use am ice cream scoop as well.

Use the medium size cookie scoop for portioning and then use your hand to press and form the patties.
