How To Easily Make This Loaded Cauliflower Bake

Begin with a good cauliflower, sliced up into florets.

I always like popping my cauliflower into a big microwave-safe bowl, then I add a tablespoon of water, before covering it up with a plastic wrap.

After all this, I microwave for 4 minutes. If you like, you can also steam your cauliflower on a gas cylinder.

Once your cauliflower is soft and nice, get a potato masher and go into town.

Once your cauliflower gets mashed, stir it in the good stuff – (cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar). This will make it amazing and creamy.

Next up, stir in some green onions, pepper, garlic powder, bacon, and salt.

Finally, place it in the oven for about 20 minutes, and voila! You are ready to serve your delicious loaded cauliflower casserole.
