Now it’s time to season your pork. Over your pork, sprinkle salt, pepper, and a little Italian seasoning. 

Grab oil and pour it into your “ready to use” skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the already seasoned pork and sear on both sides.

You can have amazing roasted pork tenderloin from the comfort of your home. It is easy to prepare and takes minimal time.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

  • 1 ½ pound of pork tenderloin.

  • 2 tablespoon of avocado oil.

  • ¼ cup of butter.

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.

  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder.

  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.

  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced.

  • 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Directions

  • Get your oven running and heat it to about 430 degrees.
  • Thoroughly season the body of the pork loin with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour avocado oil into a skillet, over high heat.
  • Place the pork on the skillet and sear each side of the pork for about 3 minutes each.
  • Take the skillet and place it inside an oven.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • When the pork reaches a temperature of 145 degrees, remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Whisk the onion powder, garlic, parsley, and butter together. 
  • Pour the mixture onto the pork.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Harken to my advice guys, “you do not want to eat undercooked pork, it has some effects”. Don’t be in a hurry to take the pork loin out of the oven for consumption. The fact remains, it is still yours and you’ll still get to eat it. 
  • Make sure your pork loin is properly cooked before eating it.
