The Ultimate Chocolate And Raspberry Keto Cake (Dessert 1)

Oh my, I learned this recipe so many years back and I don’t think I have stayed up to 2 weeks without making it for my family.

Here’s one dessert you can call “easy keto dessert” It is easy to make and has all shades of low carb. You’ll totally enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • For the chocolate sauce
  • Pinch of salt.

  • ½ cup of coconut cream.

  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.

  • 3 ½ ounces of cacao butter.

  • For the Cake
  • 2 ounces of Grass-fed ghee

  • 1 cup of green banana flour.

  • 4 eggs.

  • 2 cup of raspberries.

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

  • 5 ounces of cacao butter.

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder.

  • ½ cup of granulated sweetener.

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Directions

  • Instructions (Cake)
  • Preheat your oven to about 280 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl until evenly and properly mixed.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (excluding the raspberries) and mix well.
  • On a small cake tin, line with baking paper and then pour in the cake mix.
  • Over the top of the cake, place the raspberries however you want.
  • Place the cake tin in your oven and bake for about an hour until it is firm.
  • Instructions (Sauce)
  • Add all ingredients in a saucepan on low heat.
  • Mix thoroughly with a fork so that the cacao butter combines with the cream.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat.
  • Allow it to cool. (It should not go above or below room temperature)
  • Drizzle the sauce however you want on top of the cake before serving.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup of low carb sugar.
    • ⅓ cup of water.
    • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
    • 4 eggs.
    • ⅔ cup ghee.
    • 12 ounces of baking chocolate (unsweetened)

    Instructions

    1. On a springform baking pan, line parchment paper.
    2. Inside a small pot add sweetener, salt, and water.
    3. Swerve the pot over heat until components dissolve.
    4. Put the baking chocolate in a microwave and allow it to melt.
    5. Use a mixer to mix the melted chocolate and butter.
    6. Add the hot water mixture and beat.
    7. Add in an egg and beat until all four eggs have been added.
    8. Get a large cake pan, put the springform pan inside it.
    9. Pour in some boiling water into the outer pan, not too much.
    10. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes at 350 °F.
    11. Remove and place the cake in a refrigerator for a while.
