Here’s one amazing egg casserole recipe that you should have. It might have been made primarily for breakfast, but you can reheat and serve anytime, any day!


  • 6 large eggs

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 2 cups of shredded cheese

  • Non-stick cooking spray

  • 1 pound of sausage (chopped links or bulk).              


  • Break eggs into a clean bowl 
  • Add coconut milk, salt, and pepper and whisk.
  • Using a clean pan, Pour a little amount of oil and all for 10secs
  • Pour the sausage and all to fry till it turns pink.
  • Using the non-stick spray on your pan in order to get it come out clean, put a little amount of thin layer into the pan, and cover with sausage.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese.
  • You can now pour the rest of the egg mixture evenly.
  • Allow it to bake for 20-30 minutes.
