The Art Of Baking Salmon And Asparagus

The first step to making my garlic butter salmon recipe is getting a baking sheet and spraying non-stick spray on it.

Next up, in the center of your already sprayed baking dish, place your salmon fillets. Make sure you space the salmon fillets, after doing this, get your trimmed asparagus and line it around the edges of the baking dish.

Get a bowl and create a garlic butter, to do this, melt butter into the bowl, add onion powder, parsley, and garlic. After getting your garlic butter ready, you’ll need to rub it all over the asparagus and salmon.

Uhm, I have been having this salmon keto recipe with my family for a long time and none of us has visited the Doc. Basically, Salmon is very high in protein and is also a great source of getting some potassium in your body. How Long Does It Take To Bake Salmon

First off, you need to make sure your over is set for 450℉ and then the next step would be to bake the asparagus and salmon for about 13 minutes.

How do you know when the salmon is ready?

Be watchful. If the salmon has an opaque look that means you’re almost there. When it can easily be flaked with a fork then you know it’s time to pull it out. You can slice a little piece and check if it is undercooked. If you aren’t satisfied, feel free to throw it back in the oven and allow for some minutes.

Be careful, you don’t want your salmon to get dry and overdone.

Is This Recipe Kid-Friendly?

Yes, it is very nutritious. I feed this to my kids on a weekly basis. If you have growing kids, the protein, potassium, and other nutrients in the salmon and asparagus recipe will do them good.

Nope, I would freeze this, although I could, I just won’t. It’s better fresh than preserved. So, prepare what you can finish. You won’t need to spend a lot of time in preparing a new dish whenever you get salmon hungry.

Here’s one salmon recipe that is easy to make, highly nutritious, and above all, tastes so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

  • 4 slices of lemon.

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic.

  • 4 fillets from a 1.5-pound salmon.

  • ½ cup of melted butter.

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder.

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley (minced)

  • ½ teaspoon of cracked pepper.

  • 1 pound of trimmed asparagus.

Directions

  • Get a large baking pan and spray with non-stick spray. 
  • Preheat your oven to about 450 ℉.
  • On the baking pan, place the 4 sliced fillets and make sure they don’t touch each other.
  • Get your asparagus and place it on all the sides or edges of the baking pan.
  • Get a small bowl, melt butter into it, add the garlic, onion powder, and parsley. Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Rub the mixture all over the body of the salmon and asparagus.
  • Get salt and pepper, sprinkle them on each salmon.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 13 minutes until the salmon becomes opaque and can easily be flaked with a fork.
  • Serve.
