The Art Of Roasting A Whole Cauliflower

You’ll basically need hands on deck for about 10 minutes for preparation, the rest is just to sit back and wait for the cauliflower to be ready.

There are many ways to cook cauliflower, and I’m sure you are going to love my method, it is easy to learn.

The first thing you would want to do is prepare the cauliflower, rinse the cauliflower then dry it up, get rid of the outer leaves and then cut off the bottom of the cauliflower so it is flat.

Now, you need to make the sauce, to do this, get a bowl and mix olive oil, parmesan, garlic, thyme, sea salt, basil, parsley, and black pepper.

Next up, use the sauce to season the cauliflower, you should start seasoning from the head of the cauliflower, then, sprinkle about half of the sauce on the cauliflower and let it drip to the bottom

Make sure all the sides of the cauliflower are properly seasoned, you can use a basting brush to ensure this.

The next step would be to bake the cauliflower in the oven, bake the cauliflower until it becomes all tender and can be easily pierced with a knife.

For the final and special touch, drizzle parmesan cheese on top of the cauliflower and broil for a while until the cheese becomes brown.

That’s it, guys, that’s how to cook cauliflower.

Can You Freeze Grilled Cauliflower Or Baked Cauliflower?

I know for sure that baked cauliflower can be preserved in a freezer for a couple of days, just let it cool down after baking then store it in an airtight container. After doing this, you can place the cauliflower in the freezer and have no regrets afterward.

As for grilled cauliflower, I haven’t tried putting it in a freezer before, in my home we don’t usually have leftover grilled cauliflower. But according to my friend Martha, you can freeze grilled cauliflower too.

Just make sure you store the cauliflower in an airtight container.

Whenever you want to eat it, just reheat it inside a microwave.
